What am i doing wrong

Hi there
I just started playing afyer like 5 yrs gap...
I posting my avatar and well this rogue sucks.
I got Myth Daggers lvl 51 , Myth belt lvl 59 and rest of the eqpt is Legendary with no artifact .
I see ppl with lvl 55 and they have almost double the dmg and dps....
Can someone plz tell me what i am doing wrong things

They could be pvp twinks or have dusk gear of potency, dusk dags of brut or potency should be better than 51 dags. Passives all maxed out in the skills except movement speed.
