Both item sets can be stashed but only one of the sets can be traded. It is a little different from previous events where stashing was not allowed :-)

600 plat for outfits to stay competitive in pvp ? this is just a pay to play game now
Destroying pvp isn’t going to do the game any good at all
It’s becomig to hard for new players to pvp and hard even for existing players to carry on
Gold eaten by forging now u need close to £100 for an outfit in plat. Who is going to want to spend this sort of money every month ?
