I couldn’t see what everyone else had ...I was using dragon staff endless helm and armor the swamp ring and amulet , more arti and nekro slotted with bejan
Happened so fast but heard maybe sns was causing a problem

Hotfix going out for this - there were several pets and procs that would do damage to 'untargetable' friendly non-players.
