Weird portal appearing in Kt4

I was running through Kraag tomb 4 and saw this portal:



When I tried to enter it showed this:

Looks like deary portal. Maybe full or level restricted bahahahaha. Or maybe deary portal broken haha.

I've seen this portal before and entered it. it takes you to a map similar to Aegir Island and you can treasure hunt for stuff... no clue on what you can get considering most of the time nothing ever dropped.

This should be fixed with the next update - if you weren't given access to it the portal just shouldn't try to send you through.
