Reroll % and Vanity Drop Rate
Just to clarify, items that grant reroll bonuses do not affect the drop rate of vanities, correct? I have seen people claim that having the reroll bonus increases the chance of you recieving a regular item as your loot drop over a vanity. This seems to be false, as the purpose of the reroll is to take the drop you've already received and bump it to the next rarity level, if applicable.
