We need a harder raid boss
Less dependent on gear and more on skill and maneuver would be ideal
One mistake can wipe ur whole party kinda difficult
And ofc higher drop rate

It will cause inflation towards in CS. It's a no for me.
Then it will recreate the cry thing for mages and war being ingored class for raid because "slow", etc..

Mages are slow because they use ds. A mage with 4k dmg is almost as good as 4k dmg rogue
