Bear Suggestion for Cap

I have been playing in PvP as bear for quite a while now. Currently at endgame, Bears/ Foxes are the worst and need some sort of buff. Bears are not as bad as foxes, but here are some of my suggestions:

Attributes:

• Increase Dodge by 10%
• Increase Armor by 20%
• Decrease Damage by 10%
• Increase Hit% by 10%

Gear:

• Suggested by Scario:
• Procs that have thorns that cause people attacking you to take damage.
• Procs that buffs armor similar to talon.

Skills:

• I personally think are fine the way they are.

Is this a suggestion for this cap or for level 110? If it's for this cap, I highly doubt there are going to be anymore tweaks until level 110 is released (planned for April/May) and we get a set of gear that has no procs as Cinco has planned. Provided that bears resemble their former glory like the level 100 cap, I can see them being great again in all pvp scenarios, not just in certain ffa encounters. A proc-less pvp environment should allow bears to fare much better.

I agree. I do think they needed a bidg fix this cap but I would say that this suggestion would be for the current cap and lead to the next. Since idk how the stats will be next cap as yet, I’d suggest this only for the current cap.
