STS did nerf DS last year as it was doing insane damage for low level / old weapon > 100% of boss health , this was true but now still does decent damage but not overly.

Then sts did a bad job nerfing it. My 4.4k rogue does 53k on a CHARGED aimed crit while a noob mage with 3m stick can do twice as much dps? Wth is this

You are comparing a skill to a proc, maybe you dont understand the difference? Skill you can spam, procs only have a chance to happen. See the difference?
