Ebon bow vs Tainted set

As title says, I'm looking to invest into some new gear but I'm not sure what to get. I mainly pve, however I sometimes dabble in pvp ( which I'm getting more into). Any advice is appreciated.

Ok tyty, its just hard to work out what kind of stats tainted will give, I thought it would be lower-except armour- and would be less versatile, but I think you know what you're on about so😂

I'm in the same quandary. I don't use daggers so my stats look pretty low compared to some rogues who do.
I like my Ebon bow so having tainted isn't an option for me. I wouldn't get the tainted set benefit, so I'm still using nightmare for Maus and Mire for everything else. I am lucky that I got the Mire Shadow Artifact when it first came out though.
I manage to hold my own so I'm thinking, if it works...best leave it as it is but I would appreciate some advice. 🙂

Ive been thinking about buying ebon bow, but I have 0 idea how good that proc is.. In maus ive seen warriors take 50% of bosses hp with 1 reflection (even after nerf), so I was wondering if i would be as op as they are? So could someone please tell me how much damage i can expect from ebon bow proc vs maus bosses?

Ebon bow proc is same as Ebon sword not the aegis. Daggs have the reflect proc.

On mausoleum bosses I use ebon daggers and when they proc I swap to the bow. The proc on bow is .... decent . It stacks, so that is cool. If you get lucky enough to keep it stacked 2-3 times throughout, then it’s very effective (more so than daggs). But that rarely happens. Imo it should proc more often

Ain't worth investing in ebon daggs 60m+ rip off tainted set lvl 71 is perfect with buffs/debuffs around sub 20m for set I think

Personally I use mire 3 piece I only farm festerfang or orrick etc

Hmm, appreciate all of the replies,but I'm still clueless, I mean expansion is going to be fairly soon, I.e, 3 or so months maybe, so do i just hold out xD cause I'm a cheapskate. But I've never owned the current cap arcane weapon 🤣 so that may sway my decision.
