Question concerning luck and loot rerolls.

Are Luck and Loot Re-roll two different abilities with similar functions or are they the same?

For instance if I have a pet that grants me +25% Re-roll chance. And I have a 25% Luck Elixir ongoing does this total to 50% Luck/loot re-roll or is it just 25% Luck and 25% loot re-roll.

It totals together but the base number it multiplies is unknown.
