Bans aren't discussed on the forum. Contact support(at)spacetimestudios.com (replace (at) with @). Or go to the support site to request help from STS.

I got ban device in my android phone

I use my account login that phone 10time and it still ban then i use my account with my dad phone then his phone got device ban too

Usage of another device during ban will result in longer ban. Bans are not discussed publicly as was said above.

Email support and discuss it with them.
