hm? They were hittable before. However, if you are too low level (in Garetta the bandits would spawn for L71 players), you couldn't hit them before. If they are generally not hittable now, then yeah, kill the cake bandits!!!

The bandits are considered allies not enemies, I used magma aa around them and they got it too XD. We want cakeeeeee

my fellow Arlorians! these cake bandits must be stopped! im supporting AB 215 (arlorian bill 215) that will make cake banditry a felony , and require all cake bandits to be arrested and beaten with turnips until they turn over all stolen cake!
