I also have a question cinco sir ..is there gonna be a specific map for us to level up or it's gonna be the old school way ie keep playing the campaign and gain so or will we use the zones in old town?

This new update is going back to the old school way - the 'University Hills' and 'Withering Realm' campaigns will be the best places to level-up your Vampires.
