Default Cheapest phone to run PL smoothly?

Recently I've been playing PL on my brother's iPhone and I came to a conclusion, that it's time to actually aquire a phone that can run such apps like PL myself.

To be honest, I have two phones already (e72 and an old ericsson W model), and I'm looking for a most affordable option to play Pocket Legends without anything chopping out or glitching on the screen - other than that, the phone would act mostly as a back-up one.

    My requirements :
    wifi avaliable,
    running PL smoothly,
    cheapest as possible.

Ordering one from ebay/amazon as soon as I get any replies in this thread.

I'm from Poland, so such shops are unfortunately non-existent for me.

Was hoping more of a reply such as 'get a phone with android 2.1 and at least XYZ mhz, preferably XYZ model'.

If ur going on eBay look up iPhone four and change price range from zero to one hundred fifty. Some cheap ones. Even the fourS models. That's how I'm getting mine lol

Try to get something with a PassMark rating of over 700(android 2.3+) or over 900(android 2.2+).

As for cheapest, Amazon always has stuff like the Evo for around 120, used. Will cost a bit more for a new phone. I'd try craigslist.

Try Craigslist or Kijji. Get a used phone - ideally something with a good GPU like a Galaxy S variant. The HTC phones generally do not have as powerful GPUs (the Adreno on the Snapdragon CPU is subpar). TI's OMAPs aren't bad either, although they are not the fastest - they seem to emphasize battery life over raw performance.

My roomie has the Samsung Intercept from Walmart. It CANNOT run SL and PL! The display is choppy and I tried all settings to try and make it run smoothly.

This may not help you, but I strongly recommend getting the most recent android phones. They just get better and better, and older android phones lose support, aka firmware/software updates. My phone can barely handle the original Android 2.3. I mean, its smooth, but I am feeling this phone will not get any more updates. I have the Droid 2. I can recommend from the cheapest, Droid X(Verizon Wireless), HTC Evo(Sprint), Samsung Galaxy

I have a SE Xpeira mini pro sk17a, it has 1ghz processor , adreno 205 gpu and 512mb ram.

realistically, just get one with at least 3 inch screen, wifi.

I believe my first question would be which carrier arevyou going to use. I am unfamiliar with European carriers, even less so with what phones they carry. Tell me that and I'll see what they offer and recommend from there.

Many Android devices these days should be able to run Pocket Legends. Many free androids are decent. Just look for one that has at minimum a 1ghz processor. Almost all android phones have wifi

I use a LG Optimus V with Virgin Mobile. Doesn't get much cheaper than that, and runs really smooth

Op asked for a cheap phone to run it, not an over priced and under powered device.
