I would like to see 105 Novenary Buckler Recipes Craftable by other forges.

Here is what I mean. Right now it requires Crazy abe to craft the 105 Novenary Buckler.
While the recipe may be limited to purchase during the Birthday Event,
I would like to be able to stockpile recipe and shields craft after the event.
This would boost plat spending now and is a win win for players and STS.
