What if we make the guilds more sociable and active?

This is my idea:

Welcome to the Guild Fest System.

This mini event will be monthly and consists of each member of the guild fulfilling a series of quests which will grant them a few points. In the end there are great rewards

25 levels of gifts:

LEVEL 11	10.000 Pts
LEVEL 12	15.000 Pts
LEVEL 13	20.000 Pts
LEVEL 14	25.000 Pts
LEVEL 15	35.000 Pts
LEVEL 16	45.000 Pts
LEVEL 17	55.000 Pts
LEVEL 18	60.000 Pts

Quest's Example:

1. Collect 100 cracked fury jewels (80 Points)
2. Use 5 Luck elixirs (110 Points)
3. Do 5 daily quests (110 Points)
4. Spend 25/50/100 Glinstone or Daily, Hauntle, Dranking Teeth, etc.. coins. (70/90/100 Points)
5. etc.....

Gifts:

If all the guild members can add the desired number of points, they can claim their prizes at the end of the event.

I offered something like this once but someone interestingly enough brought up a problem in which it would be difficult for the newer guilds to grow since there is even more incentive now to be a part of a larger guild that's already on the leaderboard and active.

I feel like something like this would only work if there was a cap on how many members were in a guild.

One of the devs said something about a guild event a while back idk how they would do it but new events are always nice to see.
