Last year the so-called 'Marvelous Arlorians' thought they could make us pay them for "protection" - and discovered how unwise it is to threaten the true Legends of Arlor! This year they have decided it would be much smarter for them to join forces with the realm's myriad villains... and entrust their valuable event crates to Arlorian BOSS MONSTERS for safe-keeping!

NON-ENERGY EVENT

Get together with your fellow Legends and defeat BOSS MONSTERS throughout the realm. Liberate the 2019 Mini Marvelous Arlorians Crate (5 Plat to open - 1 pull) and the 2019 Massive Marvelous Arlorians Crate (15 Plat - 3 pulls) from the villains' co-conspirators. Collect Marvelous Arlorian Tokens to buy an instant-open Marvelous Crate from the Event Vendor in town.

There is no leaderboard for this event; just boss-bashing loot-filled adventures!

SEASON 12 ENDS | NEW SEASON CYCLES BEGIN

The twelfth season of Arcane Legends' leaderboards comes to a close tomorrow and awards will be given to qualifying top ranked players.
Starting with season thirteen the leaderboard season system will automatically conclude every ninety (90) days. Leaderboard rewards will now include BADGES and TITLES that top ranked players can display for the duration of the subsequent season. Achieve top rank to keep these distinctive rewards! In addition, each new cycling leaderboard will award BANNERS that top ranked players get to keep.


NOTE: Season 13 will be shorter (~60 days) in order for future seasons to fit properly on the calendar.


Leaderboard reward items will no longer be placed in the Stash; they will be placed directly to the qualifying player's inventory.


There will no longer be separate leaderboards for 'Enhanced' and 'Pure.'


Further information about the appearance of the Badges, the Titles and Banners will be made available soon

Cinco: will there be changes to the season lb as far as the pve kills, we all were promised on dev day that this was the first thing to be done due to the amount of macro use

Elixirs are a relatively small performance factor compared to gear these days, so it didn't make much sense to keep them separated on that basis. Additionally they're generally available to everyone in kit form, so it isn't really a free vs paying player thing now.

This is incorrect: elixirs greatly affect many maps, most of the ending maps especially. If you have a plat lix + a bought dmg lix (stacking), that gives you like 1500 more dmg, and the times go down by several seconds (which is huge in timed runs). The performance of killing things is boosted a lot by elixirs in terms of timed runs: maybe in regular runs it doesn't matter, but it times it does.

Not to mention that now, to get a record, people will have to open elixirs no matter what when doing times: pure won't stand a chance, since those few seconds are everything in times.

Yeah, I was gonna say you can double up. This is just a means of weeding it out to just plat spenders, you can't compete with that extra 25% damage or 25% speed, that's huge. I don't see a reason to consolidate the leaderboards, it's that double upping map aspect that's so fun. Ultimately it's your call how you do this though, not listening to the community was a common trend that I personally hoped would change with Gary gone and you guys trying to make this game better.
