Allow us to make every weapon/armor a vanity
because some items just look amazing like nightmare armor
Make the crafting ingredients not impossible to obtain maybe crafted with arcane parchments/ancient planar essence/
Nomerite ingots/large incense fragment
(Notice im saying only untradeables items so every vanity you make is with your own effort)
Increasing the amount of ingredients needed by the item rarity
Not touching arcane craftable vanities/himmingleva armor and those type of vanities wich already have their own recipe
(Maybe you can also craft auras(fob/leprechaun/artifacts/rendtal ring)
All crafted vanities untradeables but stashable

+1,000,000!! Make anything you craft into a vanity/aura(vanity) bounded to your character(so it will be unreadable).

I think this is a great idea!! Which I do +1 but let me add this;

There will only be two sides to this;

- people who agree with it because they want to use the favorite cosmetic looks while keeping the stats of their new/current gear.

- people who disagree with it because they care about more than just the look, they care about the levels.

Now allow me to put this into perspective. Let’s just use the Poseidon Set since there aren’t any vanities like it. It’s a true collectors item at this point, very rare.
The people who agree with this, you are already crafting it in your vanity station so we can leave you alone.
Now the people who disagree, let’s come to an agreement, in order to craft a vanity there will have to be a grind, all crafting materials needed should NOT be trade-able whatsoever and you should have to NEED the actual set itself before you can craft it into a vanity like most other vanity recipes we already have.

Now to conclude this reply, STS please don’t make this a thing and then make it something that’s easily pay to win, bought with plat or any extra bs lol. Just make it a pure grind, that takes time and the gear we wish to create a vanity. This will assure everyone is happy and people can still rock their favorite gear and have it be just as rare as the actual items themselves. Any other thoughts let’s add to this guys!! If you don’t like something about the idea we need your input just as much!!

100% agree but I also thought about how crafting the armor and having it destroy the armor after crafting, it will anger a lot of collectors and honestly kinda sad for us players who have played since 2012 to know all these rare items that stay around will become vanities and untradeable.

This is a good idea but there’s gotta be a way to avoid messing things up for certain people.

Not sure if sts can revert vanity back into equipment while keeping that equipment’s exact level (lvl matters with collectables). Besides that I like the idea of making it all character bound vanity therefor it doesn’t affect rarity/value of some collectables.
