Special Event Effect

I was wondering, for the leaderboard event items this year (especially if it's a vanity set) could there be the implementation of some sort of special vanity effect across all account-bound rewards? This effect would represent that the player was actually THERE at the event, played it and won, like the red eyes on the 105 cap shield, while the tradable set just has the normal vanity effect. I feel like this would give the participants something to strive for while keeping the merchs happy by keeping the tradable and account-bound vanities the same thing.
