Bug: PvP Level Grouping

I joined a game last night and as was shocked as a level 35, that I joined a game with a level 10 in it.

Here is proof.

This is about a PvP arena. Not a PVE map.

I wonder if that new enhancer removes level difference restrictions in PvP too?

I got this problem, i join a game, and the guy lurches me, then i kill him with my level 10, this is the dialogue lol:

Me: Gf
Him: yea
Me: What lvl?
Him: 25
Me: ...
Him: wut level you?
Me: 10
Him: fk *ragequit*
Me: lol

Is there a buff that shows up under character name if you buy the plat enhancer for enabling all level XP? If so, you will notice he does not have a buff enabled.

Also he was on my team. So it would be my problem because his low level takes away from the match balance. But I didn't care because I was able to communicate with the opposition. And they refrained from rushing us.

I just thought STS would like to know there was an issue with the match making process.

The opposition were two level 35,36's so there was no one in game that was between either of our levels.
