Did I hear something like new pvp map with no awakend gears just like the old days (lvl41)? If yes can any dev/staff can confirm? Would appreciate a lot

Who mentioned a weapon? I was referring to the level 71 arcane ring/amulet/belt and artifact.

The proc gives the buff (+1 stat) and a maximum stack of +19 int/dex/str in a PvP map as determined by maximum amount of kills (20) per game, it really is a minor stat increase so was curious why devs felt it necessary to nerf when insane awakens are 'absolutely fine' in PvP...but then i saw the thread in bugs section where 1 person complained about it stacking in 4 months so yeah...

it's not a "proc", that was all i was saying. procs "proc" randomly, so "proc" is a wrong word here. confused me, might confuse others. 71 arc weps "proc", that's why i thought you talk about them.

"Has a chance on killing an enemy to add +1 stat to the user" sounds proccy to me.

@futumsh is it safe to assume that haste set buff will also be removed from PvP as this gives a far greater advantage than +19 all stats in 1/1,000,000 matches.
