I want to craft a mythic dreamscape aegis but I know that first I must have a legendary one.

I have a quest that tells me to craft a legendary dreamscape weapon as seen on the screenshot.
However, I already have one that I bought from auc. So how do I craft a new one if that's what the problem is?
