make lasers come out of both op gun

At the same time. Right now if you pay attention to the op guns. everytime you shoot, you can see the recoil effect on both but only one gun shoots the laser. Just something I noticed a while back....

Operative Attack Smoothness
Location: Anyhere
Class: Operative
Description: When attacking with the operative, while holding dual wield guns, it cycles through guns. Meaning Gun A fires first, Gun B fires second. But when Gun A fires, both Gun A and B will recoil. Fix - Have both guns fire at the same time (not increased damage, just character movement smoothness), or have only the shooting gun recoil when fired.

Oh ok I didn't know that. Its really nothing big I just thought it would like better if both weapons fired at the same time.
