The last Come Jetpack event lasted exactly 1 week. I am guessing we will have to wait until the event is over until the big update.

I'm gonna take a wild guess but I think he's thinking that the Jetpack event will last the same days as last time(a week)
& after this event is over the big SL lvl cap will come out

So do what you need to do, hit lvl cap, before event is out
(just guessing)

Unless we're using a Baltic Lunar Calender, a week is 7 days

So in our time, the event lasted a week and 2 days.
