Need help. Whenever I try to chat by clicking the chat menu on the upper right, it suddenly closes. Currently using an android phone

I restarted my phone and its okay now.
But does the chat really go into the middle like this?

It's where it is on all the other platforms, and seems like the usual spot for most apps.

We're open to suggestions, but placement-wise, on top of the keyboard is nice because it's consistent across platforms and will allow us to change the chat ui to adjust to different keyboard sizes.

Can I do a small suggest instead of transparent background text, used colored background text because top is black but bottom can see the background.
It's a small suggestion so I hope it's not needed in suggestion section

My chat is back at top of the screen again and i wouldnt care except it was better when it was in the middle because when its on top it takes longer for the keyboard to appear.
