Game crashes constantly

whenever i enter a map and kill a few mobs all of a sudden it gets me out the game and that happened 3 times in 20 minutes. Please fix this crash issue Asap, could mess up hardcore mode for many ppl for no reason i’m on ios device up to date.

Me too, got disconnected everytime I change map or press play. Device SM-750GN/DS
Android version 8.0.0

That is not at all the same thing as the original post. That sounds like failing to establish new network connections when switching servers.

Is that with the 2.4.0 update or 2.4.1? What device type?

I think 2.4.0 because i just updated the game 2.4.1 right now , but good news hadn’t crashed since then hope itll stay that way and thanks.

Good to hear - there was a crash in 2.4.0 related to cutscene effects, but we don't know of any in 2.4.1 so far.
