Could the items required to craft Heroic Oconi be toned down somewhat please?

I understand (to a degree) for Zhulong, but Oconi imo shouldn't warrant that sort of an investment. Thanks.

I won’t be crafting it for sure. I ask that STS put Oconi in Murkstones Vendor. Cuz leveling the Spirit gear is taking too long.
