If it is supposed to be about challenge, it should be at an equal footing for all end game players, not who has certain types of gears to climb to the top. Just my opinion.

Many endgame players spent a lot of gold and lot of time to build up strong toon to compete with other endgame players of same class, who did the same in this only 1 existing event of this kind. Why would they be in disadvantage for their activity? It is brilliant event to challenge any endgame player from same class for LB spot. Any advantage for those players came from their effort, and it should not be touched.

I did not like how it gave an edge exclusively to mire set holders when it happened before.

TIP - 3/3 Mire and rest arcane is best combo (now approachable for everyone). 2nd Swamp Temple event will be much more challenging. Many more endgame players will be well prepared for this event, because 3/4 of them already have latest gear (Credits to STS).

Yes, it would. I know (i think), where you pointed with your comment (aegis is best there), but i still do not understand, how you comment is related to my reply? Because, maybe you know, that i use ebon aegis, i m in advantage? Majority of endgame warriors use this weapon (ebon rain, you remember?). What would change if aegis wont reflect dmg on mobs on event map? Nothing, every warrior will always chose best option, if he/she wants reach LB. With this excuse for every weapon maybe we end up with fists, because they will be fair? Maybe you did not understand it properly or just wanted some attention, but point of my comment remains same, no matter what weapon you use. Even with another best suited weapon for each class for event map: Why harm players, who did put some effort to improve their toons? I mean, where is the motivation to improve toon, become stronger, when i can play challenging event with base gear, because some players can not put some effort?

12-13k with both damage elixirs and hero oswald from what i've seen with full stat gear and op jewels

i know the one that can solo is war with ebon aegis, make fair proc to other ebon weapon more damage proc on dagger bow sword and gun, it is not balance in pve and pvp
