Reroll/luck and event drops
STS - Does reroll actually prevent you from looting an arcane belt/artifact from the event boss? Lots of people get mad when someone uses Hisha AA and it would help if we can get confirmation.
Luck making things worse seems pretty much the opposite of what luck should do
