Guildhall suggestions

So I was thinking the following would be awesome GuildHall additions;
1. Being able to move npcs /add new npcs;
2. Move lb/other stuff that comes with gh such as the shelves (which are incorrectly placed by default);
3. Move the gh exits;
4. More slots up to 500;
5. A non platinum way to get gh slots;
6. A way to get gh items plat-free;
7. Gm giving guildies edit mode;
8. The invisible barrier I don't know the name of which stops players from exiting the map needs to be aligned to the actual walls of the new gh (theres areas
Within the new gh which should be accessible but are not...)
9. Item holders & other stuff which can also be added to your house.
10. Ability to change colour of fabric in gh.
11. Possibly add logos for guilds which appear on the mentioned above fabric.
12. Guild Banners members can wear that had the same logo mentioned above.
13. Will add more

Points 4,5 and 6, yes please we need those.
Point 7, rather have edit mode for officer ranks than everyone else.

Rest of the points, smh...
