    Default Let players borrow their Pets?

    this player struggling at Level 71 he said borrow tinsel till L73, I have an idea, maybe sts can make an option let players lend their pets to others for a specific amount of times and when time expired will return to player.

    I love the idea and theory behind this concept. The mere thought of this is by giving to help others in need.
    A system where you can loan items for a specified time. Upon the expiry of the time the items are returned to the owner.

    The only difficultly in implementation of this is, the programming behind the system.

    How would the system differentiate the specific loaned item if there is more than one in the inventory? what about items that are enchanted? The load out system has faults existing when more than one of the same item is in the inventory.

    What occurs when the items loaned to party 2, and party 2 decides to sell or give the item away? (Risk in scamming).

    In a Utopian world we can all trust our friends and no one scams. But we do play in that type of world now within our current gaming community.

    In the same way CS items are returned upon clicking the cancel button, they can coexist in two inventories with a unique tag to highlight that it is the one being put up for auction. The same would apply here allowing for instant return of the item after its use.     Cinco has said there are fixes for this. Short of those working, the word 'Enchanted/Awakened/Maxed/The Stats' could be added to the front of an amulet after being awakened (similar to the way in which crafted items change their names). The items are already unique, (as you can see more than 1 of them in your inventory,) the loadout system just equips things by names instead of perhaps, its position in the inventory (which would arguably be more efficient) - this would solve that problem pretty quickly.

    That's the entire purpose of the system: to be able to loan gears to other players without them being sold/traded away. The best method for this would be to use the pre-existing heart system on the item, but when using the item for loaning, the system overwrites the 'heart' so that you cannot accidentally change it, meaning it could never be moved or sold.

    idk, these are just my guesses as to how it would be implemented, and how those problems would be solved.. who knows.
