Arcane ability of pet doesnt work + gale force not targeting minions

Ive been noticing when i use the arcane ability of my pet lately it isnt working. Ill push the button, ill be in the zone to receive the buff and the visual effect of the pet making the aa works but the shield it should make dosnt proc.

Also im noticing gale force skill is passing through minions as if they werent hit by it.

For the nekro aa, I’m thinking that when you hit the button, you were outside of the range even tho it looks like you were in range. In other words, you were too far away, hit the button, ran toward pet, but didn’t get the buff even tho it looks like the circle hits you. It’s based on if you were in range when the button was hit, not if the circle actually hits you. Just my thoughts.

As far as gale force, I’m thinking it might be because it has a target limit. In other words, there is only so many targets it can actually hit despite of how many targets are actually in range. I know fireball and clock both work this way as well, as there is a maximum amount of mobs you can hit at once.

I wish it were that but for about a week now im observing this phenomenon.
