A suggestion for sts

I think instead of doing device bans sts should instead do ip bans.
Yes this wouldn’t stop everyone because of vpn but it’s just a suggestion.

Keeping away gold/account selling

If it kept away gold and account sellers, and people could just change their ip with a dynamic router and bypass the ban, what keeps them from returning back to the game? I think we need a device ban, ip ban at the same time.
