Sorc curse mastery rework
This mastery is just ridiculous. admit it or not, it is.
endgame pvp has speed sets and for a skill that has ridiculously LONG cooldown, you'd think that devs would buff the cool down reduction with the mastery, yeah? NOPE. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE.
THEY INSTEAD PUT SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU DONT NEED. THEY PUT -1% CRIT REDUCTION PER UPGRADE FULLY KNOWING THAT ROGUES WILL HAVE 60+% CRIT?!?
My suggestion is do a rework on this and consider the following improvements:
A. Per upgrade will reduce cool down by # of sec but also reduce its duration by a fraction of the cool down reduced. for example, make the cool down reduced to 5(at max upgrade) but the duration will only last to 4 seconds.
B. Per upgrade will reduce cool down by # of sec but also reduce the dmg done to enemies by #%. for example, make the cool down(at max upgrade) reduced to 5 seconds(at max upgrade) but lower the dmg done to enemies by #%, duration only lasts 3 seconds.
