Just because it's not this week, and some people hoped it was, doesn't mean it won't be happening (I don't know offhand if/when it is, but it's not a fixed date event like some others).

Can u explain (maybe in simple words), what this means exactly, i just don't get it..
Does this mean, i get a +25% Damage Lix from Klaas and wander around in Outpost, it will reset to "Full" if 50% of the time i was not entering a dungeon?
Is this for all Lix or is a Elixir Kit a specific class of Elixirs?

So if you have 20 min left and try to open a 30 min elixir, it should not let you, but if you have 10 min left it should (and you would have 30m of buff).
