frost bolt mastery
frost bolt mastery (chance to freeze boss/player) can stun rogue with active razor shield/shield from nekro AA (which suppossed to give immune to stuns)
ss below, can see active razor shield (at last seconds) and stun
(my razor shield with all upgrades)

Currently no immunities affect frost bolt mastery. I'll check with design as to whether it should stay that way.
