This is a concept I've been working through for a while . I will hold a polls to see how many people are intrested and what type of community is intrested in this type of format.

I would like pvp to be like the old days:
1 hour battles and competitive games.

First please reply to the thread with what lvl cap you would believe is the most balanced lvl. I would be looking to do this for lvls such as 17, 41, 46 or 58. I would like to see which level brings back nostalgia.

I will personally fund the tournaments, I haven't finizaled the rules behind them but I will once I have an idea of how big the player base will be. Feedback from the community would be greetly appreciated.

its the only low lvl where everyone can die, not like lvl 10 where rogs life longer than tanks and kills everybody. Equipment isn't expensive, you can also use legendary items so its like the old days of arcane legends.
Its a bracket where rich and poor people can duel with each other.
