Does Pet AA scale based on the base damage of the pet?
For example: I have a Heroic Fenris slotted with Venim aa. Would Venim AA do more damage slotted inder HF or would it be the same as if unslotted?

It wont affect the damage of the slotted pet.
It depends on the aa, some of them scale on pet level some scale on passive dmg some don't scale at all. Also sassy passive dmg proc can increase it too.
Venim does scale on passive dmg if I'm remembering right.
