    My advice would be to wait until receiving a response during normal business operating hours (M-F, 9-5)........ Outside of those hours there maybe an extended delay........... You also should be prepared to wait in line according to "priority", there maybe other incidents more vital than yours which would determine your level of priority.... Higher priority will be handled first......
