Heroic samael regenerating enemy team mana in pvp

As described in the title. Heroic Samael is regenerating the enemy teams mana in pvp. It is still healing allies correctly, just doing a little too much help

As far as I can tell, it's only affecting friendly players.

I will take a screenshot and post it when I get a chance, is definitely apparent and has been noticed by a number of people in my level
