Invisible Player bug

I was searching for a topic about this issue but couldn't find one, so I decided to create one.
At the image below you can see the mobs are going to attack someone, you can only see his pet there, but actually, there is a player there but you can't see him on my screen for some reason, that's not the first time this happens to me by the way. Not to be sure but, the issue might be caused of ping or his movement speed (he had toxic set). His nickname is Ufeovi and mine is Ballbuzter as you can see.

This mostly happens if you swap apps while on Arcane Legends.
So try not to leave the app while running a map

What platform / device type / os version did you see this on? Was it after suspend / resume? If so, how long was it suspended?

I am using Samsung Galaxy A9 with Android 9.0. I don't really remember if that was after suspend, I will give you more information about it if it happens again!

It happen when you minimize the game to go the other app and then switch back. Allies character doesn't on sync all the time.
Happens when you get a phone call and have to pick up the call then swap back to the game before disconnect.

it happens only about rogues because of shadow pierser: if you lagging (even that short small lag when you reviving after death) and rogue use pierser at same time - have chance that rogue will be stucked at ur screen, happens in pvp also

Now when you said it, I just realized that it always happens with rogues, so what you said is probably true.

It happens for me sometimes after I get a red ping/ reconnecting state, even in PC version as well as android. And I never noticed it before, but now I think it is true that only rogue toons are affected. The toon gets stuck in a place; it gets stuck at minimap too, only the pet's movement can be seen.
The toon can be seen doing various attacks from their stuck position and aim shot shoots across the screen towards mobs even if they are shown to be miles apart.

While this could have happened as described with shadow piercer before, that cause of it should have been fixed with the last app update. Have these been seen since then?

I tried to make it happen today, I tried minimizing the app and continue while I was farming in the same map with a rogue who was using shadow piercer but everything was fine, so I guess it got fixed. I will let you know if it ever happens again.

It happens all the time including today in pvp. It doesnt have anything to with minimizing the app in my experience. And nkw that u mention it.. Ive never seen it happen except with rogue.

Yeah, but devs need more information about it in order to find out what exactly causes that and try to fix it.

Here we go again...
So it doesn't happen after resuming the app, that guy was in the middle of the map when I joined the map, when I reached him, I saw him attacking nothing lol, you can actually see him killing the worms on top left of the screen.
Edit: i didn't get a chance to take a better screenshot because it was right before the maintenance and I got DC'd right after taking this one.

I found at least one cause of this, I think. If someone/something is in the middle of a shadow piercer (or other skill that does charging motion) when you load in, I think they get stuck not moving on your client. I'll see about fixing that one for the next update (might need an app update though, not positive yet).
