Wait ... u have to pay 10 plat or a red coin to see plumber in swamp? If not paying, u don’t see him? So the lix .. for like 30 min or so .. if not a permanent bane item, will be necessary?

Only one person in the party needs to have the elixir active for the 'Pitiless Plumber' to spawn. All players in the party can see / defeat him and loot his treasures.

So someone in party needs to spend 10 plat every x minutes for a chance to loot? Can he spawn more than once like the egg guy or we need to remap after we see him so we can get more before elixir runs out?

Does the Ebon Bow vanity also have that affect with the arrow shots regardless of what bow ur using?
