is it fair skill "frost bolt"?

I've decided to create thread about fairness in pvp too :3
mage's skill "FrostBolt" is too strong in pvp and must be nerfed:
-DoT can be crit (for example poison by noxious bolt cant crit)
-DoT ignoring enemy's armor
-DoT stackable
-mastery of FrostBolt can freeze target even while target has immune to all stuns/slows (https://www.spacetimestudios.com/sho...t-bolt-mastery) so rogues cant even use heal packs safety (rogue's heal can be prevented by frost bolt any time + put it on cooldown and it cant be countered by anything)

after everything this i really dont understand why people complain that rogues can pick up free mana in pvp (while mage's mana never end, fair too, right?), lmao

Mana is mages only strengh and mana packs are virtually usless to a mage. It provides advantage to eveyone but mage.

poor mages? mages just stack 2-3 frost bolts on rogue using high armor set and hide behind stones/walls with switching to dmg set (and possibly getting 2 procs from ebon gears) while rogue trying catch mage (rogue also slowed and possibly stunned) and even if rogue try catch mage by pierser - mage can suddenly get ebon staff proc, -50%hp by rogue's own pierser for rogue, gg
and to fight with mage rogue should have mana pet like mishi/samael or heroics (20m minimum for base pet) + glowstick AA 10m, what mages need? they can just troll rogue with breeze 100k + venim AA 200k and win
i still dont get why some geared mages loosing vs rogue in tdm/ctf at 71 pvp
