Some PvE Feedback
Class balance has always been one of those topics that keeps popping up. Rogues are seen as the ones at the top of the PvE meta, with mages and warriors wanting buffs to counter this. This is because the meta has basically turned into trying to kill stuff as fast as possible and everyone hungers for more damage. I think the issue of class balance goes much deeper than just "buff this class and nerf this class". PvE right now has been pretty easy because Arcane gear makes a big impact on gameplay. Basically, how the dungeons and gear is set up causes issues between classes. Here's a few ideas of what I think needs to happen in order to make classes feel more balanced:
-Reduce the impact Arcane gear makes on overall gameplay
-Make playing defensively and support more rewarding
-Reward players more for playing into their class' strength
It was a bit difficult for me to explain it, so hopefully the message I tried to make is clear enough. What do you guys think will resolve the issue? Is it class balance, gear, or PvE, or something else causing the issue?
