I don't think they will do it because they always express that any action is final. Buy a gold suit on accident its final, open an egg on accident its final, delete a guild on accident its final, delete your character it can be recovered, liquidate an item its final.

i can confirm that they do accept request to re-kit elite awakening gems that opened on low level toon.
i had experience before when i got like 30 elite gems opened accidentally on a lv43, i sent them email and they returned my kits into inventory.
