the patch notes say that reflect damage is affected by the victims dmg reduction. My question is ; does that mean that glowstik aa damage reduction reduces reflect by 95% if used on time? Also does a person's armor count as dmg reduction? Also I would like to know about the stacking effects thing , does this fix the issue when procing then switching to another weapon and procing, both remain active?
