sometimes smbd text you and you can't text them back because he's not accepting tells from outside pt mmbrs/guildm/friends .
So what if we can text that person back even they not accepting tells ? That would be fair :3 ty

This should be bug. They should not be able to send you tells if they are not accepting tells.

With the next update, if using this option you also cannot send tells outside of friends/guild/party.
