Guestion About Hit% and Dodge

If i have 93 hit% and opponet has 47 dodge, i have 50% change to hit him with bullet or skill. But if i wear my special set with 140 buffed hit%, do i have 93% change to hit him then? I tried that and it feels like commandos still dodge my every lurch and stun. Can someone explain?

Maybe Sl is like Pl and also has 86% hit chance cap.
Also, dodge doesn't have anything to do with hit.

I'm pretty sure dodge and hit% are two different concepts that take effect apart from the other. That's about as far as my understanding goes.

honestly its pretty much chance with dodge and hit. I don't do endgame pvp. "so I have no idea who u r fin", but if ur 150 hit sacrifices to much hp,dodge,health, it isn't worth it. now in some special cases, if u r using the hit for certain stratigies it may help "such as kiting". but bull charging with high hit but low stats on everything else normaly wont work. not sure if all this applys to endgame but eh, if it helps enjoy, if it gets u killed, dnt be mad at me.
