He bought 2 weeks before. And if you are selling and you got 11m offer then sell it immediately bcos trust me no one is willing to buy it for more than 5m, as far as I have seen.. You can ask other people too and Good luck selling

It's more about personal opinion. If someone likes the vanity a lot, he might offer more. The price is never fixed but normally this vanity is not much popular
