Whats the most active pvp zone atm?

I heard 63 is a lil active 17/66 i coming up and yeah 71 is active just a lot of tanks there

For twinks, lv10-13 is also active in pvp zones, and also lv16 due to arcane weapons which it can be obtain on arcane chest lv16. For higher levels, lv63 and lv71 is also active in pvp zones based on my experience.
